License plate light assembly
« on: April 08, 2026, 05:34:44 PM »
Can’t seem to find one. I checked MG Cycle and Harpers. It broke away from the screws. I might could just glue it as I never ride in the dark. Was there a lens on top? It’s a 2013 V7

Is this one on eBay too ugly for you? Could always spray paint it with chrome paint:

It’s a weird set up. You can’t

access the screws going into it. You have to replace the whole assembly

Unscrew the broken piece, glue it back with acrylic glue. reinforce it with flat tooth picks on the sides. Gently screw it back together.

There should be nuts on the tire side of the fender, undo them , the unit should come off and you should have access to the lens holding screws.

I think I’ll glue it. Kind of a cheaply made piece anyway. Thanks all
