V85TT gear indicator & cruise not working

Hi,

I have a 2020 V85TT where the gear indicator has stopped displaying the gear that is engaged. It will display the neutral "N".
By coincidence, I think, the cruise control does not work either. It displays/flashes on the dash but does not engage.

Gear indicator not functioning I can live with. The cruise control is very nice to have.

Anyone else have this issue? Or do you have any ideas where to start to fix this?

 I had issues with CC on my 2020 when I had the factory OEM heated grips installed.  Cadre had to do some clearing of codes or other
voodoo to make it work, which they did and it still does.  Never had an issue with gear indicator loss.  This was probably 5 years ago.

Forgive this if you already know and tried but- my cruise control doesn't engage until 2,000 rpm (2 or 3,000 I forget). Have you tried setting/engaging it while riding?
