I talked to him the other day. The weather is making his bones act up. While he was here I seen his hands so clenched he couldn't hardly use them, but he still struggled to work.

I used to enjoy his photos. He posted some of the northern lights that were incredible. He saved my arse at a rally with his wrenching skills one time too. One of the best crumudgeons I know

He stayed with us for a bit. When traveling to the Auburn Cord Duesenberg museum one day, he kept me enthralled with Alaska wildlife stories. I told him then that he had an *least* one book in him..
