If it has LaFranconi exhaust, those cost $1600 new.

A dealer in San Diego currently has the Custom for $12,990 and the Touring for $14,990. Both brand new. I don't know what the destination and dealer prep charges would be though. As for Harley dealers, I don't think they offer much for any trade in - whether it's a Harley or non-Harley.
