What's your Saddlebag width?

Getting ready to buy BMW K75 saddlebag brackets and have them adapted to my 1200 Sport so I can mount my BMW bags on the Guzzi. I'm interested in finding out, as far as H&B bags, Stelvio bags, Norge bags, when they are mounted on your Guzzi, what is the total width of the saddlebags from one side to the other in inches?

I have HB 40s on the EV. I can measure it tomorrow. It's not the same bike but it'll give you an idea. They are wide I can tell you that. I'll post the measurements tomorrow.

I put HB's on my sport but the bike is at Rose Farm, so can't help with that for now, they look wide on it, I'll have to remember that if the bars clear the bags might not.

Ok, I have the HB 40s on the '01 EV and they're 38" wide. I had the 30s on it and needed more room so I picked up a set of 40s. When I mounted them I first thought they were too wide and ugly. Then I used them and realize how nice they were. I revamped a pair of EV brackets and mounted the 30s on my wife's V65 SP and they fit nice on her bike. I got used to the way they look and would never go back to the 30s for myself.

You do realize that depends on your bike and the mounting method?
For the RKA's on a Griso 1100 it's 14" + 12" = 26" for 30L and 14" + 18"=32" for 50L
but your measurements may vary
