I've been looking for tyres for a Lemans & read a lot here about different brands.

Does anyone have an opinion on running a 110/80 18 front & rear? I'm asking as I can easily get a pair this size and the circumference of the 110 is 0.6% less than that of the 100.

I'm guessing the handling would be satisfactory but wanted to seek your expert counsel rather than just five it a go.

Cheers

As long as there is no clearance problems it sure will work fine. The only thing is that it will slow the steering down but that may not matter to you depending on how you ride.

So you're saying the diameter is less.  I can't see that you'd notice a difference (negatively) as you'll only be lowered slightly.  That's not bad in my book.  You may notice (still doubtful) that your at slightly higher revs than the stock as your gearing will be .6% lower.  You may like it.  I have this on my SB and will keep it.
Ah yes, as for the 110 vs. 100, I would agree on the steering possibly feeling different.

I just happen to have the Avon #'s in front of me...
90/90-18 24.4" diameter
110/80-18 25.2"
110/90-18 25.3"
110/90-18 26.1
120/90-18 26.5

I use a 110/80-18 on the front of my CalVin to lower the front, but it has a 2.5" rim. On the Lemans 2.15" rim (still within range allowed by Avon) it might get a bit pinched.
