Sorry to be a bummer- but that's not motorcycling and it sure isn't surfing. Just sticking planing surfaces under the wheels and keeping the thing pinned so it doesn't sink isn't my idea of "rad". It's not really different from the toothless rednecks who drive skimobiles over water.
