If it had a fairing, it would be a NORGE!

To me it wouldn't be a Norge. My Norge is a tad over 600 pounds ready to ride, lives for eating lots of miles in a single day and hauling me state to state and back again. It yawns at the thought of sustained high speeds and when going to side stand remembers to explain gravity with little finesse.A 750 Breva with a full fairing (minus under and side engine cowling) would be the youngster that runs in circles as his dad walks down the sidewalk. A bike that sits there screaming take me, take me for the crisp morning coffee or Tuesday morning road explore. I see them as two different bikes even if with a fairing they might look similar. With similar lines, the Breva begs for the integrated look of a frame mount job that sweeps back to join the lines between tank and nose. It would lessen the battle of the bulge somewhat and lend that sleeker look. Not saying the Breva isn't a stunner as is, it is and looks better than most other naked bikes so as is, it looks like a winner just sitting there.
So Norge pilot is only talking about looks here. I'll bet my baby Breva has done more miles 1 & 2up than he has done on his Norge both in miles and distance in speeds w/o getting speeding tickets. I ride 65-75 mph most the time, depending on where I'm at. I/we do 500-600 miles a day doing it, 1 or 2up. We get 50 mpg on 87 gas. I'm more into results than looks. My Breva weighs a little over 400# dry. In the twisties I'll leave you in the dust.
I wonder why a bike with Oregon plates is up for sale in central California?
Maybe the guy moved? In California you find all kinds of cars and bikes with plates from who knows where up for sale. Oregon registration is a lot less expensive than California, a lot of people keep their Or plates for a while when they move here, I think they are good for 3 years. Cal does say you have to register with 10 days but no one checks. Can save more than a few hundred dollars.
