Anyone here been parking their California Touring at T1 LAX?

I work at LAX and have been seeing a white California Touring park in the Terminal 1 parking garage for the last few weeks. Never see them coming or going and a lot of time it is parked near my V7 Racer. Was curious if it was a traveler or someone who also works at T1?
