I've lately had some dealings with them and just want to say they are always a pleasure to deal with as they respond quickly and want to solve whatever issue you have.I'm just sayin'.

Well duh.  Rick and Gordon have forgotten more than most of us will ever know about Guzzis. They've spent entirely too long with me on the phone when I was trying to figure out one of my weird non stock problems with the Aero Lario, for instance. I've had some FAC dampers back ordered for quite a while. Rick emails me occasionally and gives me an update. Good Guys.  :thumb:

Their website is well designed with a picture for almost every product (almost always the right one), and a thoughtful description making sure you order the appropriate product.  Excellent customer service, too!

Yup, Sue and I first met Gordon at the 2000 Virginia Rally... we had been customers since before that.

I usually try Gordon and Rick before anyone else.  Good folks.

Best,
Rob

Their website is well laid out, and their customer service is top notch. Every transaction I've had with them was a breeze, and I'd grade them nothing below an A+. :thumb:
