Sunday, Sept. 27 = America's Biggest Italian M/C Rally!

Sunday, September 27 is the 32nd Annual IMOC (Italian Motorcycle Owners Club) Rally in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. As usual, it's at the Hamilton Rod & Gun Club, 24 Hamilton Road, Sturbridge, MA 01566 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
This is America's biggest and longest running all-Italian motorcycle event. With good weather, there's usually 400+ Italian bikes on hand and over 800 spectators.
NOTE: After 30 years, admission is now $10 per person, and $15 two-up. All proceeds benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (J.D.R.F.) and due to rising expenses over the past many years, our donation to charity was actually going down. Thus...the new admission fee.
This year's featured machine is Cagiva, in honor of the 30th Anniversary of Claudio Castiglioni's acquisition (saving) of Ducati from the Italia government. Food service is on-site. Dealer displays, door prizes and more. Judging begins at Noon.
Further details, along with coverage from IMOC Rallies gone by, can be seen at
www.imocusa.com
. It's often said..."you'll see anything and everything at the IMOC Rally!"

This is the same day as the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride.
The IMOC has traditionally has been a mid-September event, but this year the rally is getting pushed back to the end of the month - the same day as the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride? How do you choose?

Unfortunately, the Hamilton Rod & Gun Club opted to use the facility for their own event on September 20...so we got pushed back a week for this year's IMOC Rally. Hopefully for next year, we'll be back to the normal routine...one week earlier.
