I replaced the fuel filter and cleaned the K&N air filter on my 2000 Jackal, and after reassembly, the fuel pump is not turning on when I turn on the ignition. The furthest right mini-relay clicks twice (on & off?) but no fuel pump action. I checked basic stuff: fuel filter in correction direction, the kill switch was on, no blown fuses and everything else electrical appears to work: starter motor, lights, horn etc. Thought maybe I'd switched the fuel tank solenoid and fuel level sensor wires when I reinstalled the tank, but I could hear fuel draining to the filter when the switch was first turned on. Any suggestions on what to check next or what I may have done to disable the fuel pump?
