When did they start making the F08 single bleed caliper?
« on: November 15, 2015, 05:37:53 PM »
Wondering when did they start making the F08 single bleed caliper?

Not sure if it was only sold as a replacement or when they were fittted OEM.

Thanks for any education you can give!

Good question, I don't know for certain but my 77 Le Mans has the double bleeder, looking at some parts manuals on line it looks to be around 1980.

Thanks for the response!

My '78 models (built '77) have twin bleeders but my early LM2 ('78 build & original LM1 side covers with II badges) has single bleed calipers. I was assuming they'd been swapped out but maybe not?
