Stelvio fournales Shock fouling top mount anyone else fitted one ??

Hi guys putting my stelvio back together this evening after doing an oil leak on the rear main bearing carrier so a good time to fit my shiny new Fournales shock it has a plastic guard clamped around the top of the ram which seems to be touching the top mount on on the frame has anyone else had this issue ?, Thanks in advance, Jon.
