Was doing a rebuild on a set of V700 heads that I purchased from Canuck 750, I installed new K-Line guides and was getting prepared to grind the seats and remembered something about a wierdo face and seat angle on the early heads. Sure enough the Guzzi specs. claim a 60 degree face angle, I also purused Guzziology and the same info there as well. Guess what? Both are incorrect, the seat and face angle are 30 degrees on my heads!
you may want to change that in your manual if you are running one of these, all it would take is a trip to your local rebuild shop with your supposedly correct info, and some one having a bad day may grind the living shite out of your seats before catching on that something aint quite correct here....
