brake rotor material pissing match

cant seem to find this thread.  but i guess it got pulled.  but my question to the OP is,  at 60mph your front brake should stop you easily.  regardless of the rotor.  so my guess would be there was something else wrong.  bad pads, or more likely spongy brakes.
