Will Hepco-Becker Cases fit Stelvio Rear Racks?

Technical Question Guys --

I have my '12 Stelvio for sale and one of the gentlemen who expressed interest has a set of 40L H-B rear cases that he likes and uses on a different bike.  He plans on keeping that bike and, therefore, the rear cases.

My replacement bike -- an '07 BMW R1200R -- is set up with the rear racks as are used on the Stelvio and I am planning on using a set of Trax rear cases, as came on the Stelvio, for my touring. 

The question -- Will the 40L H-B rear cases fit the rectangular shaped rear rack that is on the Stelvio?

If so, I can reduce the price of the Stelvio by a decent chunk, sell the bike without the Trax rear cases and use the used rear cases on my Beemer.

If not, I'll have to sell the Stelvio at a higher price with the used Trax rear cases mounted and buy a new set of Trax rear cases for my use on the Beemer.

Does anyone know the answer to this question?  Thanks.

Or, the new owner could buy H+ B racks for the Stelvio to enable using his bags.

Using the H+B panniers on the TRAXX racks will require modifications.  It would be easier to just buy the racks from H+B, if he wants to use his H+B panniers.

Thanks Mike.  From what you're saying, the answer is "No".  Modifications will be required. 

The intent was to try and save him some money in the deal by him using already available rear cases.  Plus, not everyone likes and is set up to use top load rear cases.  I prefer them.  Many, OTOH, like and use the side load versions.  That is apparently his preference.

These adapters look like they would work, I think they are just bolted to the existing racks.
