7200 miles and it's 20 years old. I'll bet it is on its second oil filter. Owner must be employed by the merchant marine.

Hard  to tell from the one pic, but it looks to me to be an injected version.

 IIRC, there were both injected and carb versions of the Cali that year.

Wait a minute - there's small and medium valve sizes ?

I'd just gotten confidant about having only two valves per head instead of four, and now I need to worry about what size my valves are ?

I have the '99 Bassa - are my valves small or medium ? And this implies there are large valves...

That's the combustion chamber of the turbo shaft. It is supposed to be on fire. You just don't usually see it but the case and fairing fell off.
