Norge Panniers

How do you remove the panniers on a 2008 Norge?
Apparently, the engineers forgot to consult the Oklahoma Book of Mini-Storage Door Dimensions when designing the bike and also hid the instructions on pannler removal from prying American eyes...TIA!

Insert the key, turn the opposite direction you usually go and press down on the key. Or maybe press down and turn the other way. Grab the handle and move backwards on the mount.

If it does not come off, there is a small metal clip near the front of the bag down low, that is a safety clip. Reach up from under the front of the bag and flip it up. That will allow the bag to come off.

I also find that using my knee to push the case towards the back of the bike helps .

Took me a while to work it out on my Breva!
