John, Last week there was a LM3 on CL here for $500, didn't last the day. I would have got it but anniversary trip needs that money. Mine is slowly coming back, even bought a NOS Jackal block for it all to be FI.

Still, nice to ride the older stuff.

I was really tempted. Got snatched up quick, needed fairing and light, sidecovers. We'll see it again for sure cafe'd out for big bucks. I will have $4K in mine plus the buy back $600 from ins co. Mine will have late mags, radial tires, way updated suspension and FI. The rest will be mostly stock looking, cept the back tire is wider than the fender,1100 Sport front & brakes. Have to get a softer seat, that stock LM3 2X4 is the pits. I still put 50K mi on it before the crash, WITH a sheepskin rolled on top.
