I arrived on Friday with John Betts. Actually according to Randy we were the first to arrive. The overall event was low key as usual but in the end there were about 25 Guzzi people in attendance, great people with great story's.

Depending on who you talk to there was a hot dog branding (branding irons with the Guzzi logo-a good laugh was had by all). Saturday John Betts did the cooking and on Saturday Randy and Natalie  put on a great feast Ziti with all the fixin's.

On a side note and not to take away from the overall activities there was a memorial rememberance for Iron Mike who passed away in February. There were 8 to 10 people in attendance each having their own private goodbye . A rider named Duff said a few words from Zen and it fit the moment perfectly. Jokes were shared and tears shed as this was a fond farewell form friends.

It was Mikes families request  that  I distribute part of Mikes ash's ( in the wind) in New Hampshire and Randy will distribute the remainder  of Mikes ash's in Italy Texas later in the year,  as Mike had many friends in the Guzzi / Motorcycle world and  that this would benefit every one of Mikes friends the best so they could say good bye in their own way. I will post a separate post in a few days
