Dusty gets red alert warning?
« on: June 06, 2016, 08:25:52 PM »
This evening Dusty and I are talking about Guzzi stuff for a long time when he gets a long loud red alert warning on his phone.

Did Kansas invade Oklahoma?
Are Texans forbidden to marry our cousins?
Anyone know what his red alert was?

The warning was for too many people in the state having a high school diploma. Some had to leave...

Now I saw a news report the other day that claimed (and I quote) that "OK is 22th in the nation in spelling and math."  I got a red alert over that one.  Then I got over it.

Obviously some sort of curfew enforced by an ankle bracelet. It's the 15 minute warning saying he has to be at home or he's in breach of his parole conditions.

Jeez. What a bunch of primitives!

So, on my phone an 'Amber' alert is white.  So I suppose color has some significance, but, not directly related, ie, a 'red' alert probably does not mean a bunch of commies is on their way in the door.

I would venture a guess that the local bordello was being raided and that was a warning for all the guests to leave.

Here's what it's really about boys.

It's that time of day when every Okie in Muskogee gets out their little rug, bows to the east and pays homage to every Okies hero, The Late, Great, Mighty Merle Haggard

I knew it was not my BS alarm as that blowed up many years ago. The No Clap Lap Dance Club has a secret alarm for me.

Dusty, glad it was nothing serious on your end. My cell phone is sitting in a bag of rice. Anyone want to come by for some rice pilaf? Special flavor.
