Loose 12V outlets on 2016 Stelvio

I was trying to hook up a GPS on my 2016 Stelvio. Both the cords for a Garmin and Tom Tom will not stay in the outlet and vibrate out and shut the GPS off. Also using the GPS USB cord all 4 of the Chinese USB adaptors I have vibrate out and shut down the GPS. Is there a USB adapter I could get that would work on the Stelvio 12 volt outlets or are they not designed for use on a motorcycle.

I wire mine directly into the bike. Never used that outlet, since stuff would just vibrate out of it anyway.
