Looks like south Minneapolis... Several times when I lived there and had no off street parking the four wheelers would knock my bike over and never leave as much as a note.

  I guess that is what happens when your parked bike runs into the back of a car or truck while you are not looking.

I had an elderly uncle who would park his old Cadillac by "brail," using his bumpers to feel for the car in front or behind. Go backwards until you hit the car behind you, then go forward a bit...

Of course, cars had 'real' bumpers back then...

My mother was taught to park that way.  She learned on a Model A.  Her father told her 'that's what bumpers are for'.  She still parallel parks that way.
