I see there is a thread about a book talking about travel in the west and it reminded me that I wante to post about a book I read recently.
I was walking out of the local used book store, passing though the life style section, when I glanced down and saw a book with an old Moto Guzzi on the cover. I grabed it without thinking too much and figured I would get to it soon or later. I was able to read it on some travels, a pretty quick but good read.
Has anybody else come across this book... Ther Perfect Vehicle: What is it About Motorcycles.
https://www.amazon.com/Perfect-Vehicle-What-About-Motorcycles/dp/0393318095The author, Melissa Holbrook Pierson, got into riding and chose Moto Guzzi. She talks about the culture of riding, Moto Guzzi riders, various experiences etc. All in all a good, easy and fun read. I highly recommend it and have bought two other copies to give to friends - neither of which are into Moto Guzzi but are new riders.
Anybody else read this? What did you think?
