Hello, will a 2016 stone  saddle fit the 2018 stone ? Stock seats.

If you're referring to V7 Stone models then yes with the caveat that the V7 III has a slightly different latch position and will need to have it's tank shifted back slightly to tighten up the tank/seat gap. Loosen (don't remove) the rear tank bolt and give the tank a tug back towards the seat. There's just enough play to make it look OK.
