However, least I get flamed, or worse, if that's your thing-fine. Got nothing against performance. My observation is that all the US press seems to only care for the newest and highest power. I get that that is the nature of the beast. But MCN used to not play that point too much.
But once again with comments concerning the lack of power. But it seems to me that the BMW is a bit over powered for a scrambler. GliderJohn
I don't think they dwelled much on that topic. They did say that the Stornello "accelerates quite boringly" but one of the testers logs says it "delivers a decent amount of usable power." They all give the Stornello credit for great, nimble handling but they also say the fueling was bad and it stalled out constantly.I'm waiting for a V9 Stornello and some downloadable maps!.
I just can't get past the white tank and red frame. Exactly like my old Yamaha BW (Big Wheels) 200 and 350....
