March 15, 1921 was established in Genoa, at the notary Paul Cassanello studio in Corso Aurelio Saffi the "Società Anonima Moto Guzzi", aiming to achieve "The manufacture and sale of motorcycles and other activities relevant to or associated with the engineering industry".

Nice! I just shared the news with two of my boys working in my office today. Thanks for the reminder, Daniel.

Thank you Daniel. I was pondering what to make for dinner. Ponder no more. Fresh pasta, plus the wine & cheese from Italy. An oil based sauce, w/ a few small tomatoes (halved and tossed in for warming and color). She will want candles, too. I made habanero flakes last fall, for situations like this. R3~
