Yes, but I'd be very surprised if it had got to 19,000m without the bearing collapsing. Ask for the number off the boss underneath the top boot of the CARC and run it past a dealer with access to the system. Last time I tried this though the info had been taken down from the site because the recall period had expired, (Ten year limit apparently.) but the factory has records if the dealer is willing to ask.
Only other things to be aware of will be the usual CARC/W5AM issues. Unless they have been serviced regularly the swingarm bearings will be a mass of rust, as will the shock linkage needle rollers and you have to check and ensure that the throttle stop screw on the LH throttle body hasn't been mugged about with by an idiot, (This happened a lot and still does sometimes, it's most frustrating!)
Oh, the early ones also had a problem with the Bellville washers on the face cam shock absorber assembly in the gearbox loosing their tension leading to the gearbox making a ghastly knocking noise at idle. The factory offered a fix but also insisted it would do no harm. Knowing how the shock absorber is assembled I find this claim dubious! Having said that I've not heard of one coming apart. The fix requires the gearbox to come apart which is a bore.
