Yep. Been discussed here before. The cop is the late Dave Mungenast of St. Louis,  Honda dealer, well known ISDT rider and stunt man. In the AMAhall of fame.

My best friend (now deceased) was a rider from the St. Louis area...I spent several happy weekends on their beautiful farm just outside Dittmer, MO and the bop into town to Mugenast's was always a highlight...ah, to be 20 years old again! *creak*  :bike-037:
