New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
Talking to myself at work, I said I was looking for "moly."A coworker thought that meant the street drug "molly"and things went downhill fast.In reality I was looking for moly paste to lube a V7 spline shaft. Hard to find now that Honda stopped making their famous "Honda 60." It would be easier to find molly at a rave concert than moly disulfide grease.Am I wrong? Should I talk to the local hooker and ask for spline lube?
geez Joe, should be easy to find moly grease, Any napa or certainly a heavy equipment dealer would have it. If you like I can stuff some in a plastic bag and post it down to ya, got a tube on the bench. Also Marine spline lube for out drives is the stuff. Glad your getting some garage time in.
I was having dinner with a woman and the topic turned to our ailments. I mentioned that I was taking methotrexate for my autoimmune condition. She left immediately, saying she didn't want to get mixed up with a meth addict.
Sign, Re:"Should I talk to the local hooker and ask for spline lube?".......Be Careful, you want to use the proper quality lubricant that is appropriate for the type of metal its being used on... for example ,you dont want to use the same lubricant made for a hardened steel spline, to lubricate a rusty trombone! Rick.
I'd rather have Mole' a Mexican chicken dish with a dark gravy MMMMmmmmMmMmm
I do have to ask though. Are you particularly wild eyed and scabrous? Pete
