E15 91 octane or E0 89 octane?

Just found a station that sells ethanol free 89 octane for a reasonable price. My 1200 Sport calls for premium which I usually put in 91 E10-15. Would my Guzzi run better on the E0 89 octane?

If you're not getting knocking then definitely go with alcohol free.  If you get knocking, I'd still try the ethanol-free, with an octane booster (although these boosters never helped me to prevent knocking).

I may stick with the 91 octane E10 and add Star Tron.

E15 is a disaster that will happen. stay away from it and the E10 when possible.
If you are near a big lake Valeo and high tech stations usually carry a 89 or above fuel for the boaters.
did you know that Toyota cuts their oil change interval in 1/2 for the E85 vehicles. Guess why.

 Is that OUR premium , or Euro premium . 89 octane in America equates to about 91 octane in Europe do to the different rating method . I'll bet it will run just fine on 89 straight gas .

NO E15

The new Moto Guzzis have a sticker on the tank that says that using E15 will void your warranty. That's because it can damage your engine and the seals. My mower also has such a label.

E15 is EPA approved only for newer automobiles and trucks and E85 approved vehicles. It is not approved for motorcycles and small engines; I believe it is actually against the law to sell/use in those engines.

If you get up to Strasburg, you can find non-ethanol at the Sunoco station on Decatur St. that I'm pretty sure is 91 octane. Its on the right coming in from the north.

I wouldn't put E15 in ANYTHING I own, and that includes my new pickup which is rated for E85. Been using E10 premium with Techron dosing for every tankful since 2008 with excellent results.
