Saw this bike at the local shop, never seen one before.
Strongly reminds me of my first bike, a Honda CB400F.
A 4 cilinder in-line:

Has anybody ever seen one of these looks like a Spine frame Norge
Ian Fallons history of Moto Guzzi has  it listed as a 1999 V11 GT

did it ever get past proto type  stage

No. Guzzi was out of money at the time.. surprise surprise. This was at the time of the Aprillia takeover, so the V11S is the last of the *real* Guzzis.  :evil: :smiley:
