I'm really proud to say that I was born in the eighties and have never used fb. I don't think there's too many of us out there...

WG all the way!

I have Facebook because I have some old cop buddies that’s dying off or getting in poor health and I just want to keep up with them. I only have around 30 friends there. I have made some friends here but never had the pleasure of actually meeting any of y’all in person. My hope is the be able to do that in the future, meet you guys in person.

The Facebook Guzzi page doesnt have near the level of cramudgeonism of Wild Guzzi. Keep it up boys

Give 'em a few years

FB is like anything else , it's what you make of it , although it pays to not wander into certain places on FB .

Dorcia has a facebook account, but very rarely posts. I signed up when it first came out, saw what it was, and said, Oh. Never mind.

It doesn't have to be either/or.

I belong to 5 Guzzi forums including this one. Have joined 6 Guzzi groups on FaceBook as well as a couple of general bike ones. Then I've liked 4 other Guzzi and 6 general biking pages, which include a couple of local ones for meeting up, so get info from them. Then I write 2 blogs - one on my Guzzis (which is a bit out of date) and one for a local classic bike club. On top of that I subscribe to several other old bike blogs. Then there are the 2 Guzzi Yahoo groups although one is pretty much dormant. You just can't have too much of a good thing!

I know, I know, I have too much time on my hands. I have other interests as well so there are almost as many genealogy groups, forums, blogs to take an interest in. Then there's keeping up with the family.....

I did face/book once, it was an especially ugly face and an unusually large book. It's WG for me.

I use FecesBook to keep in touch with non-Guzzi family and friends. I don't look at it often.
I did need to unfriend a few 'drama queens' on there though.
