CX 100 on ebay
« on: January 01, 2018, 10:32:25 AM »
I see that our own foto guzzi has listed a CX 100 project bike.  What's the history on this one, FG?  I as always am tempted.

Looks like it may have taken a slight tumble on the right side, judging by the brake lever, fairing and muffler. Still. it might be a nice project at the right price.

It can be found here:

Yes It's mine.. I'll never get the time to restore it so offering it up to highest bidder, need money for my wife's health care (the reason I won't be spending much time in the garage).
It did go down on the right side, not by me.. fortunately it didn't land on the engine, no marks at all on the rocker cover/fins or spark plug.
I  bought it awhile ago and just put aside as an investment, now we see if that was a good move or not..
PO stored it for 19 years.

FWIW: The key code is stamped on the switch, right next to the key slot.

Should be an easy enough project to get back on the road.   :thumb:
