Stelvio power outlets

Hoping someone has some useful advice on this fairly minor issue.
The power outlets on my 2014 Stelvio NTX have stopped working. Both the one on the dash and the one under the seat are dead. Nothing else electrical has been affected and all else seems to work fine. No problems with any fuses.
Unfortunately I don't have a place to do any real work on the bike, so I'm hoping (probably unrealistically) that someone can point to the potential problem area. Otherwise I'll take to the dealer next week. A small fix I can handle on the parking lot next door, but not really equipped to take it all apart here. Just bugs me to take this type of problem to a dealer.
By way of background, the dash display was replaced last year under warranty (after about 7,300 km), so the dead outlets may be related to that work. I did notice that the rubber boot on the dash outlet had slipped down, but I can't see that there are any connections there that are loose. I've really not ridden it much since then, and did not try the outlets until this week.
The bike is in Italy (as am I). I only got back here recently, so it's been idle for several months.
There is not much I've found in wiring schematics or other documents for the outlets, so I'm assuming the two outlets are linked.

The schematics don't show both outlets, just one. I would assume they are linked. Checking the fuses is the best bet, but make sure the connectors are also plugged into the back of the receptacles. They are friction fit and easy to miss or pull off when replacing the dash.
The bike must also be running for them to work...

Eric
has to be a fuse or lose connector take fuse and if it is good - put it in and out several times to see if the connectors are not making good contact.

Bearing in mind what Kirb says.
Carl's drawing shows it as item (27) just beside the battery

If it's as shown it's always alive
The Norge has it tapped off the alternator wire but either way I think it would be fed from one of the main fuses, sometimes they can appear ok swap them around to be sure.
I presume it's not your load open circuit.

Thanks all.
I've removed and replaced all the fuses, with no change. I didn't figure it was a fuse, since the rest of the circuits work and the outlets don't have a separate fuse.
I saw the wiring schematic showing only the one outlet on it so I've assumed they are linked. Leads me to believe there is a loose connection at one of them, with the dash outlet the likely culprit because of the work the dealer did in replacing the dash display last spring (although not a given). They may have inadvertently loosened a connector while doing the replacement.
Unfortunately my hands aren't small enough to get in to the limited space without removing something first, and I really don't have a safe place to start removing bits, and find them later.
I guess I'll just let the dealer take a look. Not that it's a wasted trip, the ride is great (about an hour through some nice scenery), and I need to have them correct small oil leak that's started somewhere at the rear of the right cylinder... Hopefully they just need to retorque the bolts. Its not coming from the rocker cover but until I can clean up the accumulated gunk, I can't really tell from where it's leaking below that. Had similar problems with my Griso and V7 in Canada, so not too concerned. Both of those were minor as well.
The joys of Guzzi ownership. Never anything major, and just an occasional minor irritant to give them some character.

We are in Sant'Antioco, an island in the province of Sud Sargedna (connected by a bridge).
Nowhere near the mainland, and closer to Africa than to Europe, but great weather and some of the best motorcycling anywhere.
Quiet, more likely to run into a flock of goats or sheep than any traffic at this time of year. Tourist time (summer) is a different story though...

Just to close the loop on this, in case anyone else runs into the same issue.
The problem was in fact a fuse. While it is not in the wiring diagram for the outlets, there is a 5 amp fuse in the fuse box located just in front of the triple tree that controls the power outlet circuit. It was blown, so the solution is just a fuse replacement.
Of course, the three spares that were included in that fuse box are 3, 10 and 15 amps.
