Just see your Guzzi dealer and they can be retro fitted along with the current 2018 seats.
I just bought a 2018 seat from an eBay seller for a 2017 bike due to the extra padding and sense that it will push my butt towards the engine and heat up my legs ( the Corbin seats are similar in positioning  and someone here commented on the leg heating consequences) - hence I might need to have the pegs etc moved aft . I dont like the extent of movement on the 2018 so rather than 5 inches aft and one inch up I may see if a tech can move aft just a couple of inches.

Factory replacement moves your feet back about 2 inches and up 1 inch.  Makes a big difference.

The rear-ward foot pegs are available. I found some online for £150 ish. So ordered them. Then the supplier got back to say that Piaggio had discontinued them and introduced a replacement that 'costs three to four times as much.' Ouch. So they mis-design it so that your knees hit the cylinders, fix it for the 2017 iteration, and then price-gouge the 2016 early adopters who want it fixed. Leaves a nasty taste in the mouth...
