My recent ankle reconstruction is progressing, painful and preventing me from riding. Spending my days in front of the combustion heater getting more and more bored.
Decided to upload Mark’s variation to the Stelvio map (increased fuel economy)
Checked tappet clearance
Saved existing map
Uploaded new map
Reset TPS
Balanced TBs using my new Carbmate
Reset TBs
Clean up
Hopefully be able to go for a short ride tomorrow.

I don't know what map you have been running but If Marks stelvio  map is anything like the one he provided for the 1200 griso your in for a treat. There is nothing like a properly tuned 1200 thumping down the road at 4,000 rpm's. I noticed a big improvement in smoothness in the lower rev's and an end to popping on overrun. ( termi pipe)  Also the power delivery is much more linear from idle to 5,000 rev's. 
It should make your ankle feel much better!

Also , I don't know about the carbmate but I was using a twinmax until I decided to make a manometer and found it to do a much better job at balancing the tb's.

The Carbmate is my first Manometer. I’ll go with it until my knowledge and skill in tuning indicates that I need something more accurate. Would have liked a ‘mentor’ looking over my shoulder on today’s run. That said, I used Pete’s tutorial from the Griso Ghetto and it went as indicated.
Thanks for the thoughts re my ankle. It was reconstruction now or replacement in 5-10 years. Hell of an option to consider.
