Thats how some great deals come about! I remember chit chatting with some inmates and them telling me stories of having to sell their panhead for cheap, to leave some money for the ol lady, before doing time.etc etc.
It does happen. Nothing wrong with shooting them a lowball cash offer when "time" is of the essence!
