Neither.  Aside from the "look, I'm different" goofy headlight, it's a pretty pedestrian build.

Some cool stuff...  I think with that much work into it I would have done those welds better as was said..  Strange with all the rest of the work done to be that sloppy there..  Next the master cyl...  Ive seen the hose thing, and know its been used for many cases..  But again.. the devil is in the details...  45 min on a small lathe and you could whip up a nice clean stopper plug..  Not sure if that headlight is a 'thing"..  not a big fan if it is...  Also, you almost never see a big oil cooler on a Guzzi,, Im thinking just for looks??  overkill???  Not my thing, but as was said... Id still ride it.

I think the rear swing arm is my favorite part. I like the reinforced/trellis look.

 I agree with Chuck.  It would only make sense to me if it was a real basket case literally in baskets
