     Today I attend'd the monthly Guzzi riders breakfast.. ( I had a #7)   ….   at the usual park'n lot BS session...the starter on my 71' Ambo garnered much attention... questions where ask'd… did I install it...?  No, purchased the bike at a estate sale in northern Minnesota last year..one owner. As far as I know...it's stock.

If it got rebuilt by a generator guy it may have a different look. Nosecone & brush holder look stock.

Just the original Magneti-Marelli starter that someone "tarted up" with a few wraps of what looks like aluminum duct tape.
