That would be only for the party that is in the wrong.  Considering I did nothing wrong and as of today the clutch is now making a nice little noise when released.  Sounds pretty much like a bad bearing so it is completely unridable.  Such fun.

Seriously , you need a different attorney . You are likely exposing yourself to liability by discussing this on a public forum . Any decent lawyer would have told you to not discuss this where there is a public record of doing so . Besides that , WG isn't in the business of settling legal matters .

You are correct but I am assuming that many others here have been thru the warranty "proccess" and that is the question that I asked.  I didn't ask WG to settle any legal matters just that it seems odd that they would drag their feet when there is a clock ticking.

Seems to me Piaggio deserves a punch in the nose now and then.
I'd like to hear how this story turns out, but fear we won't.
Good luck - from a guy who bought an almost new flat tappet Griso.

So since I am unreasonable expecting Guzzi to foot the bill for

I don't think how you feel and perhaps what you WANT is necessarily unreasonable.

I do think the way you're going about it or at least the attitude you're expressing may likely be.

Good luck.

Indeed. So much umbrage! So much puffed up, needy whining! It makes it very hard to be sympathetic.
