Guzzi trike
« on: May 11, 2019, 04:25:21 PM »
Since no one wanted to buy my trike I decided to make a different all compound curve cowling.Three weeks work so far.I am ready to glass the surface with mat.The problem is the mat is 50 in. wide but the outside width is 54 in.I am laying three layers and lapping each layer.Any one here have experience dealing with the bumps I will create?

I would love to take this rig for a ride, I’m curious to know how stable the rig is & how it corners.

It is stable just like a Can Am Spyder with out safety features. It does feel like I am being  thrown off because of the forces in a turn, unlike a motorcycle. But you don't have to worry about balance which is nice.
