98 Ev rotor measurements

Doing some research here about my bike and a mention of check rotor specs made my curious.  Both my front rotors measure approx .165 in and the rear rotor is about .200 in that’s about 4mm frt and 5.0mm rear.  I’m having a hard time finding the min specs. Thank you!

4.5 mm, I think. Should be stamped on the rotor.
