It says topless bartenders.  That could mean male bartenders.  Free beer, but propbably Chinese Pabst after paying a $10 cover charge.  LOL!

Sounds like the east side of the river by Burlington IA,  There were 4-5 bars and each had a back room for shows. I would always get 5-6 guys to go for some fun at the IL Rally. All single guys, and some "chunky" gals doing shows, either that or you needed a paper grocer bag. (sorry if this offends the cuties).  There was also a place at WV rally and so it goes to the rally scene. A place in IA City that was leveled last time I was by there, it was hopping when they had the All Italian Rallies there in the late 80's.
