I’ve seen a cheap Breva 1100 2006 ABS that I quite fancy 33000 miles full luggage. Now it’s had the clocks replaced 4000 miles ago there is no user code! Plus the ABS light occasionally stays on. Only one key with the bike. I’m used to loops so this is quite a leap for me, but I enjoy wrenching and a bit of a project. Should I be walking away or as it’s cheap, could it be worth it. Your collective wisdom is appreciated.
Thanks Ian

Clocks, sacred screw and swing arm bearings are the main areas of concern
Google, sacred screw and make sure you check it
Go to Guzziriders forum and look at the clocks thread. Should give you some ideas to the missing code and single key issue
Apart from that - pretty bomb proof IMO especially if its the faster black one
I love mine .... most of the time!

Thanks Tris, I’ve checked out the clocks thread on Guzziriders and it looks like I should be able to get another key cloned off original key and then with two keys sort out a code, I think! Has anyone had a ABS light on issue? I’ve never owned a bike with ABS before, I guess it might be useful for me considering I’m used to a twin leading shoe front brake!
Cheers Ian

Those issues are bargaining chips in your favor.
They aren't things that can't be fixed or overcome.
I have my B1100 since '09, best machine I've had.

Ian
Can't help with the ABS not on my bike
The other thing is they can be snatchy coming on throttle.
Minimal throttle cable slack and good balance is important.
You'll also need Guzzidiag and the cable
Good luck
