Ever seen one of these? Magni Sfida 400

Saw this on Facebook and thought some of y'all would like to see it. I didn't know Magni even did any small-block bikes.

They did that for the Japanese market. Also the 400cc instead of 350.

If a 400 goes in, then a 750 should do as well.

Couple of things are strange

Looks like no parellogram swing arm, only one per side from what I can see in the pictures
Wondering about the words on the tail hump RE PANDON?? No idea what that's about
Doubt Magni would use Maxton forks and shocks, but you never know
Calipers just reversed on the forks look odd
Doubt the yokes are Magni either, just going from what I know
Soda can for the tank breather exit???

Not entirely enamoured with the front master and resevoir placement, to me eye it just doesn't look right, it's certainly not original

As for the rest, looks lke a modded Sfida/Arturo frame which took the big blocks, so that a small block could be installed

Be interesting if anybody else can shed more light on it

Blowing the side-on view up the frame to me still has a smallblock look.  The way the front downtubes bolt on to the lower rails, the bolt going through the engine on the bottom rails and the swingarm attachment still look to be smallblock.

Either way, it still looks nice to me.

edit: just had a look on the Maxton site and the top of the fork looks as though the forks have been fitted with Maxton cartridges.
Yeah, the soda can looks a bit Michael Mouse but it has got the Italian colours on it.

nice find, absolutely something you can expect to see in japan.

japanese like exotic vehicles , and will pay top dollar for what they want.
i was in japan a couple of weeks ago, and was amazed by the number of european exotic cars riding around.
amazingly, i saw only a handful of motorcycles and half of them were classics! ( DB1, kawa Z1000, 1100katana)
they have excellent ( and expensive) taste over there.

Muzz I agree the frame is specific to a smalblock and has been made for it.

The Arturo/Sfida frames, the downtubes bolt to the frame at the top and yes there is that bolt through the engine.

What I was getting at was it appears Magni took a big block frame and then looked at how they could mod that to install a small block

Yes, I wondered about that side cover triangle. Not the usual small block arrangement? And that stabiliser (?) bar to the rear caliper? The front disc rotor looks like it's floating, too. Still, it's pretty neat & looks like fun.
