IAW15xWriter V0.27

Hi,

some files was not able to program with V0.26.
This is fixed now.

Also some commandline parameters are added.
So it is possible to start the 'extra' tools directly out of GuzziDiag V0.48
The corresponding tools to the diag settings are automatically selected.
(COM Port and ECU type)
