You should have a confirmation email. I think the tracking number is in it. Or log into their web site and go to your account.

Did you by chance order a part that was on back order?

Just emailed them the other day, response within a few hours. Never had them not answer any phone call. Only time I get incorrect parts is when I order the incorrect parts. Are you calling during business hours? Emailing correct address? I think there's more to the story here...

I order hundreds of dollars of parts from MG Cycle every year.  I’ve never had the problems you’ve described. Are you sure you haven’t missed something here?

Actually it's 3. But if one third or two thirds of your personnel are gone you know it.

I ordered a bunch of maintenance parts (spark plugs, oils, filters, etc.) for $~450 on Sept 5.  The order arrived in a few days, all correct.  I buy from them because they're fast, reliable, and their prices compare favorably with other MG parts suppliers.

I've ordered *lots* of stuff from MGC.. they're my go to guys. Rick sent me the wrong gasket one time. Another time I received a turn signal lens that had a pre broken tab. It's a delicate thing. Of course, they made it right.
You've either fallen through the cracks (no business is perfect) or *something.* Leave a message politely explaining your issue. Rick and Gordon know their stuff..

Double check your email or get back on the phone... I can't see them skipping the country for peanuts.

I have spoken to Rick on the phone and besides missing a crankshaft plug in one order (sent afterwards after contact)  they have been pretty good unlike a lot of the other bums I have had to endure in this bumpy Moto Guzzi road.

MG Cycle, 13 orders @ US$5280.56 not including post.

I have ordered  thousands of dollars in parts from MG cycle for over 10 years. They are my go to guys for Guzzi stuff as well. They have never gotten an order wrong for me, and are reasonable on the shipping costs.
Great folks in my book!

Quite a while ago, I had put in a very large complicated order with MGCycle picking up parts for a couple of bikes and everything I wanted to address on the G5 which was substantial.
I think it took me almost 3 days, just to put my order together, confusing af.
Shortly after my order shipped, they contacted me, apologized but thought they might have shorted me one caliper, to check my order very carefully when it came in.
They were right, I was short one, they shipped it out to me immediately.
I may have caught the mistake or not.
I was extremely grateful that they were such stand up guys about it.
Very professional outfit.

I've been ordering stuff from them since 2001ish. Found them through this website actually.

Honestly, I don't miss talking on the phone with Rick. For a while I thought I'd done something to piss him off, but that doesn't appear to have been the case. Many years of good service from MGC with one minor mistake that was fixed right away.

Well risking opprobrium from all the other happy MG customers, I thought he was kind of a dick too. I'd always ordered from Moto International or Harpers, but when I needed to rebuild the carbs on the v65, figured I'd give'em a try. Every time I started to ask him a question about the carb, he'd say what's your next part number. Both MI and Harpers would help out if I had a question and if they didn't know, would try to find some one who did. He just wanted to finish the order and move on. When I asked about shipping, he said it cost what the usps charged and he didn't have any options. I never heard of no options on shipping. Anyways, I really miss Moto International. Have a nice day. :azn:

I buy most of my Guzzi parts from MG Cycle except for special stuff that’s come from European suppliers or once or twice NOS from Harpers.  I’ve done my business with MG Cycle on line, have never spoken with them on the phone and never had need to do so.  Their website is pretty effective.

Ok, I know those guys pretty well. Gordon is generally cheery and friendly, Rick (cheesehead) is all business. He's tired of people that call and don't know what they want. I get that. Just the same, one time when I was building the AeroLario  I needed some other than standard throttle cables. Rick spent 15 or so minutes going through their inventory to find what I needed. (!) Their time is valuable.
I've also been told, "that won't fit.. are you sure?" Their knowledge is valuable to me.
