1989 cal III fork rebuild

New cartridges and I can’t find clear answer on how much atf goes in.  I’ve gotten answers of 70, 90, and 150 cc’s.

The owner's manual reads: 70 cc.

I re-did my '90 Cal III forks and they are the simplest things on the road.   They don't even have any bushings like my BSAs do ... the tube just runs right in the alloy of the slider.   Matter of fact, the tubes had all the chrome worn off by the seals, but the sliders hadn't worn ... new "Forking By Frank" tubes sorted it right out.
